An Edupreneur, with over seven years of experience in the field of education, Amit started his journey by setting up and successfully running the first premium center of Sesame Street Preschool, which since its inception set unmatched standards in early years education. This start, firmed up his belief in creating educational ecosystems where children can freely express themselves, explore their imagination, creativity, and enhance their inherent skills. Every educator in this ecosystem needs to evolve, with the understanding, that every child is unique with lots of inherent potential waiting to be unleashed. It was time to bring nurturing of uniqueness back to schools mirroring the gurukuls. With this mission guiding him, he has now directed all his energy and effort to create an institution that would turn this dream into a reality, “The Maalinyai School”.
Amit is a Telecommunication Engineer and holds a Management degree in Marketing & Human Resource Management. He believes “School is a place where a child learns how to learn things”.

Ms Sharma is an educational professional to the core. With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, which ranges from Preschool to Secondary classes, she has had varied experiences working with children of all age groups. She did her schooling from a renowned missionary school and graduated from Patna University achieving a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry. She went on to attain her B. Ed. from the same university. She began her career teaching Science to Classes VI, VII, VIII and followed up teaching Chemistry to Classes XI and X. A farsighted person with an aim to revolutionize the educational landscape of the city, she is committed to providing quality education to the learners of today.

Ms Geetika aspires to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation and to ensure that children play a meaningful and active role in learning that can truly reflect their interests, needs and enthusiasms. Today the role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to empower its students to be lifelong learners. She believes in moving ahead with all the stakeholders and strongly feels that education is a shared commitment between dedicated teachers, motivated students and responsible parents.
