National Doctors' Day
National Doctors' Day in India is a significant occasion celebrated to honour the contributions of medical professionals across the country. It is observed on July 1st each year to commemorate the birth and death anniversary of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, a renowned physician and former Chief Minister of West Bengal. National Doctors' Day at our school was a meaningful tribute to those who heal and care for others tirelessly. Children and educators come together to recognize the dedication, compassion, and hard work of doctors who selflessly serve the community. A special assembly was held where children expressed gratitude through speeches, poems, and presentations highlighting the noble profession of medicine. The day also serves as an opportunity to educate students about the importance of health and the role doctors play in promoting wellness and saving lives.
