We have missed meeting our students for very long
Its time we clap and sing our song
We will be reunited very soon
Early preparedness is going to be a boon
Meeting in our virtual world
Our cloud classes have unfurled
It's a new beginning not the end
Along with classmates and teachers the mask will be our new friend
School Bus/Van
For students using school transport, parents must ensure that they pick up and drop off their child at the designated bus stop, on time.
In the morning, students should not be left unescorted at the bus stop. In the afternoon, parents must be present at the bus/van stop to pick up their child, failing which the student concerned will be brought back to the school; and their parents will be required to pick them up from the school.
Bus/Van Diary: The bus/van In-charge maintains a diary to record the attendance, and any other observation, which can include maintenance, timing issues, observations on students/guardians, etc.
Bus/Van Routes: In selecting the bus/van stops, safety will take precedence over convenience. All bus/van routes are developed with safety and efficiency as priority. Students are expected to be present at the bus stop five minutes prior to the scheduled time of arrival of the school bus.
Private Transport
Students travelling by private transport must ensure that they are in the school by 7:50 AM; and should be picked up at 2:10 PM. After 2:25 PM, the student concerned will have to be picked up from the office of the Head of School.
Guidelines
Students need to wait for the bus/van to come to a complete halt before boarding or disembarking.
Once on board the bus/van, students must be seated at all times; and stand only when the bus comes to a halt.
Students must exit and enter through the front door.
The bus/van must not be littered or vandalised.
Students must ensure they do not throw anything out of the bus/van windows or doors.
Students must not stick any part of their body, or any object, out of the bus/van while it is in motion.
Any incident of negligence or rash driving must be reported to the head of school immediately.
Students are expected to ensure the safety and well-being of their juniors.
Inappropriate behaviour in the bus/van would have consequences; and withdrawal of the bus facility could be one of those. All school rules apply within the school bus/van as well.
We discourage children from carrying junk food in their bus/van tiffin.
